About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to serve educators with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training in the company’s products and sales processes. Producers can leverage established books of business, value-added services, community connections, and a multi-line product portfolio to build a client base and grow their own business. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. The position offers performance-based compensation as a 1099 producer, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Uncapped earnings and additional bonus opportunities are available; top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips. A mentor agent provides guidance and support.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
