About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Edinburg, Texas, to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and training, and can use established books of business while building an independent practice in Horace Mann’s educator-focused market. The role includes presenting products to individuals and groups, developing client and community relationships, and investing time and resources in the growth of the business. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; an external office is not required.
Requirements

- Self-motivation and ability to manage one’s own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
