About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with enhanced commissions, incentives, and production bonuses, as well as access to established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. A mentor agent provides ongoing guidance and support.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
