About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and manage their own business, develop a client base, and serve clients through one-on-one and group presentations, community events, and professional networking. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions and monthly incentives and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. The role offers a sign-on bonus, uncapped commission earnings, and additional structured incentives and bonuses. Producers may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
