About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months, as well as opportunities to build on established books of business while developing an independent practice. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; no external office is required.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
