About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building and growing an independent business and client base, with performance-based compensation, commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
