About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers can use established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio to build their business and client base. The position offers performance-based 1099 compensation, enhanced commissions, incentives, production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Self-motivation and ability to manage one’s own business.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
