About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to a multi-line product portfolio. This is a performance-based opportunity with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, and quarterly production bonuses. Producers can work without an external office requirement and may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. They will leverage established books of business while building their own practice, connect with potential clients through value-added services, and expand their relationships through community and industry events. The role is supported by a mentor agent who provides guidance and accountability.

Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
