About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and incentives, and access to established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
