About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Grand Junction, Colorado, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building and growing a client base and business. Horace Mann offers products designed for educators, a multi-line product portfolio, established books of business, value-added services, and streamlined sales processes. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions and a 36-month incentive plan. Monthly sales-volume incentives and quarterly production bonuses are available during the first 36 months, along with a sign-on bonus, uncapped commission potential, and other structured incentive and bonus pay. Top performers may qualify for all-expenses-paid trips.
