About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation model with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities for additional bonuses. Producers can leverage established books of business, value-added services, a niche market, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
