About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a multi-line product portfolio, established books of business, value-added services, and opportunities to build a client base through presentations, community involvement, and networking. The producer is responsible for investing time and resources in growing their own business. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
