About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and access to training, established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves developing a client base and investing time and resources in building a successful business. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, incentives, production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Commitment to helping educators achieve financial prosperity.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
