About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with access to training, established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building and managing a client base and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
