About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, and opportunities for production bonuses. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice and client base. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or in an office setting.
