About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and products designed for educators. The role involves building a client base and professional network, educating prospective clients, and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Earnings are uncapped, with additional incentive and bonus opportunities.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
