About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a niche market, established books of business, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The producer is expected to develop and grow their own business while building a client base and professional connections. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
