About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to provide educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives based on sales volume, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers can leverage established books of business, access a niche market, use value-added services to connect with potential clients, and offer a multi-line product portfolio through a streamlined sales process. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain, or currently hold, state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
