About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Flagstaff, Arizona, to provide educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building and growing an independent business. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers can use established books of business, access a niche educator market, and offer a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
