About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. Products are designed for educators, with a multi-line portfolio and streamlined sales processes. The role involves building a client base and professional network, educating prospective clients, and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
