About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Flagstaff, Arizona, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, supported by training, a niche educator market, established books of business, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building a client base and growing an independent business through client presentations, community engagement, and professional networking. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earning potential, a 36-month incentive plan, sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
