Insurance Producer - Fort Worth, TX
About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Fort Worth, Texas, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added client services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, and are expected to invest time and resources in building and growing their business.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
