Our client is looking for an Insurance Producer to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a career opportunity backed by a structured 1-year training program. The company will assist with obtaining the necessary license. The role involves building a book of business, selling various insurance policies, assessing client needs, and managing a pipeline using a CRM. Account managers will handle servicing, allowing the producer to focus on sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an insurance agent, producer, sales rep, etc
- A natural communicator with a "hunter" mindset
- Someone who thrives on outreach and relationship-building
- Coachable, motivated, and hungry to learn and grow
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Build your own book of business through leads, outreach, and networking
- Sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies
- Learn to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM (full training provided)
- Focus on selling
