Our client is looking for an Insurance Producer to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a career opportunity backed by a structured 1-year training program. The role involves building a book of business through leads, outreach, and networking, selling home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies, assessing client needs, and managing a pipeline in a CRM. Account managers handle servicing, allowing the producer to focus on sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an insurance agent, producer, sales rep, etc
• A natural communicator with a "hunter" mindset
• Someone who thrives on outreach and relationship-building
• Coachable, motivated, and hungry to learn and grow
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
