Requirements

Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy building relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented professionals with a positive attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Willingness to obtain or maintain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance License
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Building relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Educating customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
Understanding each client's unique needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions
Guiding clients through the sales process while providing exceptional service before and after the sale
Building long-term relationships through regular follow-up and policy reviews
Working toward individual sales goals while creating an outstanding customer experience
Continuing to learn about the insurance industry and Farmers products through ongoing training
