Requirements
- One year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find insurance coverage that fits their needs
- Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
- Meet individual sales goals while providing excellent customer service
- Keep organized records using our CRM system
- Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training
