About The Position

The Ryan Underhill Agency is growing and looking for an Agent in Training who's motivated to learn, develop their sales skills, and build a long-term career. Whether you have insurance experience or are coming from another sales or customer service role, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed. As an Insurance Agent, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while building lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Building relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Recommending personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions
• Following up with leads, referrals, and networking opportunities
• Growing your book of business through consultative sales
• Providing exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Working toward individual and agency sales goals
• Continuing to grow your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training
