Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license, or significant prior sales experience
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter able to work independently as well as in a team
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Maintain outstanding client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly production and sales targets
- Stay up to date on insurance products, underwriting, and industry trends
