Requirements

At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related area
Excellent communicator with persuasive negotiation skills
Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
Eager to learn, grow, and respond positively to coaching
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Insurance background a plus
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

Identify, connect with, and convert potential clients into lifelong customers
Advise individuals and businesses on their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage
Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and regular policy reviews
Achieve or surpass individual sales goals and help drive agency-wide success
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, new products, and compliance standards
Use CRM systems to organize leads, track follow-ups, and manage renewals
Actively participate in team meetings and support broader agency initiatives
