Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
- Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews.
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to build your knowledge and skills.
- Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry updates.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with your team to support agency growth and deliver an outstanding client experience.
