About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Duluth, Minnesota, to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to established books of business, a niche market, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building and managing a client base and developing the producer’s own business. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
