About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Brainerd, Minnesota, to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, along with training and support, while building a client base and growing an independent business. The role serves a specialized educator market and offers a multi-line product portfolio, established books of business to leverage, and opportunities to connect with prospective clients through community, networking, and industry events. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain, or current possession of, state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
