About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and access to products designed for educators, training, and sales support. Producers build and manage their own business, develop a client base, and connect with educators through individual and group presentations, community events, and networking. The position offers a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and uncapped commission earnings. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; an external office is not required.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
