About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and products designed for educators. The role offers performance-based compensation as a 1099 producer, including enhanced commissions, monthly incentives and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months, along with a sign-on bonus and uncapped earning potential. The producer builds a client base and professional network by presenting products to individuals and groups, participating in community and industry events, and developing market relationships. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. A mentor agent provides guidance and support.
