About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, to help educators address financial challenges with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training, while building and managing their own business in a specialized market serving educators. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement and includes enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives based on sales volume, and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. The role also offers a sign-on bonus, uncapped commission potential, structured incentive and bonus pay, and the opportunity for top performers to earn all-expenses-paid trips. Producers can leverage established books of business, value-added services, a comprehensive multi-line product portfolio, and networking and community events. A mentor agent provides ongoing guidance and accountability.
