About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a niche market and established books of business. Producers build and grow their own business while developing relationships with clients and the community. The position uses a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and uncapped earnings. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
