About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Butler, Pennsylvania, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and a 36-month incentive plan, as well as sales incentives and production bonuses.
