About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators and their families in the Altoona, Pennsylvania area. The role focuses on helping educators address financial challenges and protecting what they have while supporting their financial success. Producers present insurance solutions to prospective customers, build professional and community relationships, and develop a local practice using both prospecting and established books of business. The position offers a performance-based compensation package with uncapped earning potential, commissions, incentives, and a sign-on bonus. Requirements

Possess or be able to obtain resident-state General Lines licenses for Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
Driver's license required.
