About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators and their families in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. The role focuses on helping educators address financial challenges and build financial security through insurance and financial services. Producers can develop their own practice by prospecting and working with established books of business, with support from a niche market, value-added services, streamlined products and sales processes, and relationship-building programs. The work setting is in person and includes field and office work. The role offers performance-based compensation, including commissions, incentives, bonus potential, and a sign-on bonus. Insurance producers report to the Regional Field Leader, who also acts as the Agency Consultant.
Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain resident state General Lines licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.

- Acquire market entry and cultivate strong connections.
- Invest time and resources to support business success.
- Obtain or hold resident state General Lines licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
