About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and manage their own business while using established books of business, a niche market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Mentorship and accountability support are provided.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
