About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and manage their own business, develop a client base, and connect with prospective clients through presentations, community events, and networking. The work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives based on sales volume, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Uncapped earnings and additional bonus opportunities are offered.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
