About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training on products designed for educators. The role offers a multi-line product portfolio, established books of business, value-added client services, and access to a niche market. The producer builds and manages a client base, develops market relationships, presents product information to individuals and groups, and participates in community and networking events. The position is performance-based and includes a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives, and quarterly production bonuses. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Requirements

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
