Insurance Producer -New Castle, PA
About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators and their families in the New Castle, Pennsylvania area. The role focuses on helping educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions designed specifically for them. Producers prospect for clients, develop relationships, work within established books of business while building their own practice, and participate in community, networking, sales, and industry events. The position offers a performance-based compensation package with uncapped earning potential, enhanced commissions, and monthly and quarterly incentives during the first 36 months. The role is conducted in person, in the field, and in an office setting; no external office is required. Producers report to the Regional Field Leader, who also acts as the Agency Consultant.
Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain a resident-state General Lines Life & Health license.
- Possess or be able to obtain a resident-state General Lines Property & Casualty license.
