About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build their own business by developing client relationships, networking, and investing time and resources in their business. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities for incentive travel based on production.
Requirements
- Commitment to helping educators achieve financial prosperity.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
