About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a niche market and established books of business. Producers build and manage their own businesses, develop client relationships, and connect with educators through individual and group presentations, community activities, and networking events. The position offers performance-based compensation, commissions, incentives, bonuses, and potential incentive travel based on production. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or in an office setting.
