About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based compensation model with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities for additional bonuses and all-expenses-paid trips for top performers. Producers can leverage established books of business, access a niche educator market, use value-added services and streamlined sales processes, and participate in networking, community, and industry events. The position involves working in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
