About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and products designed for educators. The role involves building and managing a client base and business, presenting products to prospective clients, and developing market relationships through community and networking activities. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
