About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added client connection services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role offers performance-based compensation under a 1099 arrangement, enhanced commissions, and monthly incentives and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
