About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Roanoke, Virginia, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and access to training, established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building and managing a client base and investing time and resources in the growth of an independent business. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earning potential, and incentives and bonuses during the first 36 months. The position may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
