About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training on products designed for educators. The role offers performance-based compensation, a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities to build on established books of business. Producers invest time and resources in developing their business, cultivating relationships, and serving clients. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
